Restoration of Souls Ministries Church

Drs. Ron & Gert Cooley have served in ministry for over 40 years.  Drs. Ron & Gert served faithfully as pastoral leaders at Revival Center Ministries in Vallejo for 20 years under the leadership of Apostle Ricky Nutt. They founded United Women & Men of God Conferences in 1995. The vision God gave them is to unify men and women regardless of race or denomination in order to usher in a mighty outpouring of God's Spirit for Northern Solano County. Over the years, they have seen this vision come to fruition. In December 2001, both Drs. Ron & Gert received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Certificate, certified by the state of California. In 1999, Drs. Ron & Gert accepted the call to pastor a church in Vacaville. As a result, S.O.U.L.S. Ministries Inc. held the first service on March 5th 2000. The congregation began with 14 members at the Vacaville Performing Arts Theater Complex. The ministry has been on the move as a ministry of excellence and changing lives of people through the powerful teachings of Drs. Ron & Gert Cooley. Drs. Ron & Gert are the parents of 9 children, grandparents of 32 & great grand-parents of 3. They are walking in faith and are mindful of what God spoke to them at the beginning of the ministry.
