Pastor David Swaim was ordained under A.A. Allen & the Miracle Revival Fellowship. The Lord Gave him a Prophetic gift to play the organ at the age of 14 in 1962. This was at a service with his father Filsom Swaim also a ordained minister. At this revival service no organist was available. This was done not knowing any notes or cords. As he grew older David traveled the country playing at revival meetings for evangelisgts like Morris Cerrelo, Tommy Walker, Ronnie Coyne and others. In 1965 he began to travel with Apostle Paul Cunningham and the A.A.Allen ministry team. Rev. David preached and seen God do the impossible during this time period. He seen the demon possesed set free, sicknesses healed & lives changed! Much of this experience has made Rev. Dave the Man of Faith he is today.
By his side for 25 years Wife & best friend Diane Swaim ministered with him. They organized "Gospel Day" at Solano County and Sonoma County Fair for a 12 years. Rev. Diane has been doing Gods work since her teens heading up a choir of 40 members. As they did more for the Lord in outreaches & ministry meetings God began to use Pastor Diane in the prophetic gifting. For over a dozen years now God has blessed many who have been touched by her life & ministry of Pastor Diane. Pastor Diane moves greatly in the gifts of the spirit during services.
Pastors Dave & Diane became the Pastors at R.P.W.C. (Restoration Praise & Worship Center) in 2005 by the leading of the Holy Spirit. As they began to Shepard the church it was very obvious that the Lord was transforming the church to move to the higher calling of the Lord. Hearts were beginning to break and lives were restored. People came in right of the street into the service with infirmities healed and delivered from destructive habits. But the Lord had much more in store for the future of R.P.W.C.!

Dr.Ron & Dr. Gert been in ministry for a total of 42 years. They've traveled across the Nation ministering in Word & Song with Ron Cooley & Deliverance.Traveling on tour with groups like the Winans & Commisioned They recorded a album called "One Way" with this group. The call of God brought them to the Indian Reservations in Montana from 1981-1986. The Lord used The Cooleys in a mighty by the power of the Holy Spirit seeing & preaching deliverance and restoration thru Jesus. They hosted their own Television ministry called "Selah" in the late 80's. Dr. Ron & Dr. Gert were also guests on the talk show "West Coast" with Mary Martin & Ron House. As the Lord Elevated them in Ministry he led them to minister in the California State Prison Vacaville & Tracy. During some of this time period the Lord also had the Cooleys serve as Pastoral Leaders for 20 years at Revival Center Ministries in Vallejo California under the direction of Apostle Ricky Nutt.
Dr. Ron & Dr. Gert both founded S.O.U.L.S. Ministries (Salvation Outreach Uniting Lost Souls) in 2000. The vision to bring men & women into unity, regardless fo race or denomination. To usher in a mighty outpouring of Gods Spirit for the Vacaville
In 2001 Drs. Ron & Gert received a Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Certificate, certified by the State of California. They have 9 children 32 grandchildren 7 great grandkids.
A kinship & kindred spirit relationship that spanned over forty years was about to go to the next level for S.O.U.L.S & R.P.W.C!!!
God promised to move Divine in 2009 for his church and another church body. By the moving of the Holy Spirit The Cooleys along with long time friends for over 40 years Pastors Dave & Diane Swaim of Restoration Praise & Worship Center merged into one CHURCH! Since this union each service has been filled with Powerful Worship & Word. It has literally become a place where you can enter into the presence of the Lord. Iniquities are broken, captives set free, bondages broken, hearts restored & has become a place where we are storming the enemies camp and taking back what the enemy stole. GOD has done a awesome thing he has moved the body beyond all the divisions, shcisms, isms, hi & low things that seperate the body of CHRIST! As we line up with His Word, His Will in Unity bringing the Hope of Jesus to the community! As we look for Revival harvest to begin in 2010
